Workplace Violence Prevention Plan Customized
Effective July 1, 2024, the state of California requires all California companies to establish a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan. The plan requires that all companies meet certain requirements for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an effective written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan.
Our Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) combines the templates, training, documentation, forms, and logs necessary to ensure you are meeting all the law’s requirements. We also create employee communications so your employees know that your organization is taking the action needed to ensure a safe workplace.
Below is a list of what is included in the WVPP Package:
WVPP Guide and Important Definitions
Employee Notices
Employee Acknowledgment
Environmental Hazard Assessment and Control Checklist
Workplace Violence Hazard Assessment and Correction Form
Violent Incident Log
Workplace Violence Prevention Training Log
Employee Communications
The People415 team will work with your organization to customize the plan to ensure you are meeting all of the requirements for your organization based on size and your organization's unique needs.
Are you looking to do the work yourself and just need a place to start? See the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan Template.
