Thomas is an emotionally intelligent and people-driven HR Professional who has experience in the finance field and Human Resources. He is fluent in Spanish with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Linguistics as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. His time in his MBA program is what propelled him into his career in HR, as he saw an opportunity to bring his passion for people, communication, management and leadership development, and interpersonal relationship-building skills into the workplace to drive performance and curve business success. Thomas has spent a lot of time in HR roles for various companies developing his skillset surrounding talent acquisition, employer brand and culture, leadership development, process improvement, and employee relations. Outside of work, Thomas spends a lot of time with friends and family, playing piano, volleyball, tennis, and going to the occasional wine tasting!
