With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Roya thrives in roles where she can spend time both on the balcony and the dance floor, thinking holistically about how organizations can support people in doing fulfilling work they are proud of.

Her experience in corporate, start-up, and even non-profit environments gives her both a deep and wide understanding of the challenges that executives and business leaders face in building high-performing, compliant, people-centered organizations.

She wants to build cool stuff with interesting people who also care a lot about doing good. While she takes what she does very seriously, she doesn’t take herself too seriously, and she likes to bring her whole goofy, joyful, curious self to work every day.

She is a mother, a wife, a friend, and a lifelong seeker. Her free time is spent laughing with her teenagers and husband, going on big and small adventures with the friends who get her, and thrifting, cooking, or digging in the dirt. She has a quick wit, the mouth of a sailor, loves deep conversations, and can’t stand small talk.
