Patti is a part-time Director at People415 with over 40 years of HR experience working with a wide variety of organizations, including two Bay Area nonprofits (Spirit Rock Meditation Center and Marin JCC), a number of Michigan for-profit companies, and, for a time, she had her own consulting & coaching business. Patti is a true HR generalist and has expertise in many aspects of HR, including DEI, leadership development/coaching, and program development. She is people-centered, always striving to strengthen organizational functioning while providing employees with an outstanding employment experience. Patti has an MBA from DePaul University and has held SPHR, MBTI, and Master Integrative Coach certifications.

Patti spent most of her life in Michigan before moving to Northern California nine years ago. She and her partner, Christopher, live in the vineyards and redwoods of Sonoma County, where they enjoy biking, swimming, going to the gym, exploring the area's natural beauty, and dancing to the plentiful live music available in wine country. She also enjoys spending time with her grown daughter and other family and friends in the Bay area.
