Briann worked in HR & leadership capacities in NYC for 12 years across a variety of industries before moving to California. She has worked as a consultant off and on since 2015 and has most recently functioned as fractional CHRO for small-mid sized businesses and tech start-ups. Her specialties include M&A, organizational development & talent management projects, compliance audits and leadership coaching. She is currently based out of South Lake Tahoe, CA where she lives happily with her husband, kids, various pets and local wildlife.
